Nareshwar Singh Virdi founded Acquest Law to give people facing deportation a lawyer who treats every hearing as a trial.

His practice centers on removal defense before the immigration courts, with a particular focus on asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture. He represents clients in immigration courts across the country, preparing each case around the record an immigration judge, the Board, and a federal court will eventually read.

When a case needs to go further, he takes it there. He files habeas corpus petitions in U.S. District Courts to challenge unlawful immigration detention, and litigates petitions for review in the Ninth and Second Circuits.

Alongside his litigation practice, he handles family and business immigration, R-1 religious worker petitions, U visas, VAWA self-petitions, and Special Immigrant Juvenile cases.

Before and alongside law, Mr. Virdi earned an MBA, a Master of Public Health, and a Master of Health Administration. That training informs how he builds humanitarian cases, from medical and psychological evidence to the documentation that corroborates a client's account, and how he runs a practice built on deadlines.

He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2013 and was certified by the State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization as a Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law in 2026.
